I know how it feels to want more out of life than what you’re currently experiencing. I’m here to help you navigate any rough waters, and to help you get unmoored from whatever has been holding you back from the life you want to be living. 


If you're ready to set sail, but you need a little guidance to find the right heading, I'm here for you. I will support you as you work to create positive change in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. My goal is to help you build self-awareness and live authentically.

You might think that mindfulness is just about focusing on your breath, but it's so much more than that! It's about being aware of what's happening around you, understanding how your mind works, and learning to exist with whatever you encounter in your life. It's about living with honesty, curiosity, authenticity, and gratitude for the life's momentous events and little details.
