[Sarah] helped me to make a connection with my inner soul and think about the present without worrying about the past and future.
Yes, this class was another sign from the universe to make mindfulness a part of my daily routine. Since then I have learned to control more intense emotions such as sadness and anger by reminding myself that I need to be present. Deep breathing has allowed me to have better days despite the ones without sunlight and I have been able to decrease the amount of stress felt in my body.
Sarah – she is kind and approachable and she delivers the materials in the same way. I felt comfortable to share my thoughts and ask questions.
Sarah just has a lovely calm presence about her. She could help you through anything.
